ILEM - Spiritual Formation

Spiritual Formation is essential for those preparing for Ecclesial Ministry. In order to better facilitate the journey of others in the Body of Christ, Lay Ecclesial Ministers must attend to their own spiritual journey. The following Spiritual Formation Program is required of all ILEM-Traditional and ILEM-Extended candidates:

• Silent Directed Overnight Retreats
• Group Spiritual Formation Days

• Spirituality of Social Justice
• Heart of Evangelization
• Beatitude Spirituality
• Eucharist-Presence that Matters
• Deepening the Spiritual Life for the Ongoing Journey
• Jesus: The Way, The Truth, The Life
