The ILEM Human Formation Program is designed to enhance the core relationship and leadership skills necessary for ministry. This Program is comprised of:

  • psychological evaluation
  • exploration of personality type
  • a series of workshops described below
  • Human Formation Workshops

    All candidates in ILEM-Traditional and ILEM-Extended are required to attend at least 7 of these workshops. Attendance at all 10 workshops is strongly encouraged.
