Year of Faith
The Year of Faith as proclaimed by Pope Benedict XVI began on October 11, 2012, on the 50th anniversary of the Second Vatican Council and the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the Cathechism of the Catholic Church, the goal is to foster an encounter with Christ (the foundation of our faith) and a deeper understanding of the truth of our faith revealed by Jesus 2000 years ago. There are many misconceptions about the Catholic faith in the secular world and this is the time to provideYoung Adults "Who are the light of the Church" the tools to aid you in the joyous rediscovery of your faith.
