Resources for Faith Sharing Communities - Mission of SCC Ministry
Mission
The mission of Small Christian Community Ministry (SCCM) within the Office of Catechesis is to establish, develop, nourish, and maintain parish-based Small Christian Communities and faithsharing experiences in the Diocese of Trenton. More recently, the ministry has taken on an initiative to awaken and engage all members of the diocese more fully in the transforming power of the scriptures for preaching, ministry and daily life. This mission is accomplished collaboratively with other Diocesan offices, parishes, parishioners, and those who are committed to fostering an awareness and engagement in faith-sharing and daily Gospel living as a life-style.
