Setting the Direction
What are the greatest challenges facing the Church? To what shall we devote the best of our energy and resources over the next then years?
These and other questions were asked during the "directional" phase of the pastorlal planning process.
For nearly a year, we listed as the Spirit led us through
- Individual interviews with diocesan leaders, pastors, and parish leaders,
- Written and oral consultations with the Priest Council, the Diocesan Pastoral Council, the Council of Deacons, and the Diocesan Staff.
- Web-based surveys with Catholics from parishes across the diocese.
